They listen to you as to your thoughts on how you would like your hair and then offer their professional option. The complementary should massage is always a bonus to help you to relax. So pleased I found this salon. After being disappointed in other local salons, I decided to give it a go. I had a consultation with Charlie which helped me decide on the right colour and treatment for my hair. I opted for balayage. Wow, perfect colour and a lovely cut. Charlie was just lovely and all staff I spoke to were very friendly and helpful. This will be the only place I get my hair done from now on!
